Our Commitment

VyporX is committed to making this Site usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, rely on keyboard navigation, or have low vision or color-vision differences. Accessibility work on this Site is ongoing.

This statement describes our accessibility target and the work we've done toward it. It is a good-faith effort, not a certification of legal compliance. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us using the contact method below so we can fix it.

Conformance Target

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for web content.

Measures We've Taken

  • Semantic HTML landmarks (navigation, main content, footer) and heading structure on every page;
  • A "skip to main content" link so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation;
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields;
  • Text alternatives for icon-only buttons and meaningful images, and aria-hidden on purely decorative graphics;
  • Form fields with associated, programmatically connected labels and clear error messaging;
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and its background across the site's dark theme;
  • Keyboard-operable interactive components (navigation menu, hero slider, modals, chat widget) with visible focus and, where applicable, Escape-to-close behavior;
  • Respect for your operating system's "reduce motion" preference on decorative animation.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible:

  • The Color Picker tool's gradient-square and slider controls are inherently visual; we provide numeric hex/RGB input as an accessible alternative, but the picking gesture itself is best suited to sighted, pointer-based use;
  • Checkout and payment forms are rendered by Stripe, a third party — their accessibility is governed by Stripe's own implementation, which is outside our control;
  • Some embedded third-party widgets (social embeds) may not meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of the Site.

We continue to work on reducing these limitations over time.

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of the Site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and on assistive technologies interoperating with modern web browsers with JavaScript enabled. The Site is designed to be responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
