This Privacy Policy explains what information VyporX ("we," "us," or "our") collects through vyporx.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This document is a good-faith, accurate description of what this specific Site collects and how it's used, based on its actual code and features. It is not legal advice. If you process significant volumes of personal data or payments, have it reviewed by a licensed attorney.
VyporX is a small, individually operated site. We collect only what's needed to run a contact form, an opt-in launch-notification list, blog comments, a live chat feature, and a digital storefront. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider's standard web server logs may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested — this is standard infrastructure logging, not a tracking system we built or query for marketing purposes. Separately, the Site sets a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser's local storage to support a simple "is the site online" indicator; this identifier is not linked to your name or email unless you separately submit one of the forms above.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser's settings; doing so may affect features like the admin login or the announcement banner, but will not prevent you from browsing the Site.
The PDF Page Splicer, QR Generator, Color Picker, and Background Remover all run entirely in your browser. We never receive, see, or store the files, images, or text you process with them. The Background Remover additionally downloads a public machine-learning model file from a third-party host (Hugging Face) directly to your browser the first time you use it — this is a one-way download of our tool's code/model, not an upload of anything you provide.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you (such as a contact message, comment, or mailing-list entry) by reaching out via our Contact page. We will respond and act on legitimate requests within a reasonable time. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion; you can exercise these the same way, through the Contact page.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us via the Contact page and we will delete it.
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting admin access and using authenticated database connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is operated from, and information is stored and processed in, the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your home country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
